Domestic and International Shipping are available.

The normal processing time for order is 24 to 48 hours during business days (Monday through Friday). If we are expecting a high volume of orders shipment may be delayed, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. After you order has been shipped delivery time in the US is 5 to 7 business days for domestic order. For international order delivery time is 15 to 30 Business days. We will send you a tracking number Once your item has been shipped

Coffee Habesha is not responsible for any shipping Delay due to customs or air or any extra fees or any fee ones the package exit the United States. Any package that is undeliverable by any post services will be canceled and refunded. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the process.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item(s) is damaged. Any damaged due to mail carrier handling. We will be handling the issue case by case.
